Open Heart Meditation

Heart is the key to our direct connection with our Creator/Divine Source of Love and Light. When we open our hearts to Divine Source, we feel the beauty and joyfulness within, and negative emotions that block our heart are released. This makes our hearts feel lighter and we can feel calmer and happier. There are different names you may prefer to use instead of our Creator or Divine Source. I use these terms as it is neutral and non denominational.

Feeling and emotion are two different things. Emotions such as anger, fear, hatred, jealously, envy, etc. often stored in our bodies and can block our heart.  The feeling from the heart is very gentle, sweet and joyful. Moreover, it is easy to learn, and with some guidance, can be applied by yourself in your own time.

The open heart meditation is a simple and deep meditation, asking for blessing to remove all blockages from the heart, such as anger, fear, sadness etc. This is very helpful if you would like to get go of stress and lead a more peaceful and happier life.
