Heartfulness Therapy aims to help you feel happier, healthier, more self confident and fulfilled. I am a qualified, registered and experienced psychotherapist and online counsellor. I offer counselling, psychotherapy, supervision for complementary health therapist, mental health workers and counsellors/psychotherapists. I also offer support groups, Reiki healing and meditation in East London and online.

If you live too far away, you can arrange online counselling sessions with me via secure videoconferencing platforms (please refer to Online Counselling for information and to book a session). I also offer heart based therapeutics sessions, using a gentle heart based method to help relieve stress and target specific emotions and issues.
Whatever it is that you would like to get support with, I offer a a safe, ethical and confidential space where you can discuss your concerns in a non judgmental and meaningful way.
