My aim is to help you feel happier, healthier, more self confident and fulfilled. I am a qualified, registered and experienced psychotherapist. I offer counselling, psychotherapy, supervision for mental health workers, counsellors/psychotherapists and complementary therapists. I offer support groups, group therapy, Reiki healing and open heart meditation per request.

Whatever it is that you would like to get support with, I offer a a safe, ethical and confidential space where you can discuss your concerns in a non judgmental and meaningful way.
